The Crown of France, often referred to as the Angevin Crown, is a sovereign country located primarily in western Europe. The sovereign territory of the Crown extends from the islands of Great Britain and Ireland, as well as many smaller islands, towards the Mediterranean Coast of France. In Italy, the southern part of the peninsula (mostly comprised of Naples) also belongs to the Crown.

The Crown of France is a constitutional, composite monarchy with a parliamentary democracy. The current monarch is Charles XIII, who has reigned since 8 October 2051. Bordeaux is the capital of the country, and where the crown sits. However, Paris serves as the seat of almost all government institutions as well as parliament. Along with Paris and Bordeaux, many of the world's largest cities are within the Crown of France. These include London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Canterbury and Marseilles. The Crown (in Europe) is composed of 4 kingdoms—France, Britannia, Naples and Ireland; as well as the Duchy of Brittany. All of these constituent parts of the Crown possess devolved governments (as per the Imperial Dissolution Act). In the case of France and Britannia, further federalisation has occured as each are composed of constituent dominion with varying levels of further devolved power.

As of 2061, the Crown of France is a tier-1 developed country, and has a GDR score of 97.03, the fourth highest on the planet. The Crown was amongst the first industrialised powers, and has remained a strong global power, surviving multiple crises throughout the twentieth century. In 1981, the CF signed onto the Kingston Universal Peace Accords as the 6th signatory. Whilst still in a state of observation, the CF has integrated deeper into the European Community and is a full member of the European Defense Initiative.
